Privacy Policy

Information RoomSet Stores

RoomSet may store information that you enter in the app, such as venues, rooms, room recipes, setup tasks, blockers, helper names, timing notes, handoff drafts, reset notes, and local export history.

This information is stored locally on your device using Apple's local app storage technologies. RoomSet does not require an account and does not operate a server for collecting app content.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, RoomSet can schedule local reminders for setup actions or blockers. These reminders are created on your device. You can manage notification permission in iOS Settings.

Sharing and Exports

RoomSet can prepare handoff text for sharing through iOS sharing features. When you choose to share content, the destination app or service you select handles that shared content according to its own privacy practices.

Analytics, Tracking, and Advertising

RoomSet does not include third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or cross-app tracking. RoomSet does not sell personal information.

Data Retention and Deletion

Data you create in RoomSet remains on your device unless you edit it, archive it, delete it through app workflows where available, or remove the app from your device. Deleting the app removes its locally stored app data from the device according to iOS behavior.

Children's Privacy

RoomSet is not directed to children under 13. RoomSet does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.
